Aromatherapy
In 2012, I trained as an aromatherapist and perfumist and I now use this specialism in my birth work. Essential oils act as fantastic anchors in pregnancy and labour as well as helping you stay calm, relaxed and grounded.
I also use essential oils in balms and serums, made with pregnancy and motherhood in mind. From energising orange and bergamot mists to grounding balms and anitbacterial nipple relief. Everything is made from 100% natural ingredients and organic where possible.

Mother's Balm
Made from organic shea butter, indulgent jojoba oil, beeswax and rejuvenating essential oils
This balm is incredibly soothing and rejuvenating on stretched or tired skin. Made with vitamin A rich oils and butters with natural essential oils such as neroli, which helps reduce the appearance of scars and lavender, which helps to increase collagen production.
This balm is both restorative and moisturising and also offers a moment to focus on your skin and yourself.

Healing Nipple Balm
Made from organic shea butter, beeswax, rejuvenating oils and a restorative essential oil blend
The early days of breastfeeding can result in sore or cracked nipples. It is very common but absolutely not something you have to endure. This blend of natural ingredients helps to soothe and moisturise while reducing inflammation, with the addition of anti bacterial rosemary and restorative frankincense. This balm also works wonders on dry or chapped lips!

Made from organic grapeseed oil and calming essential oils
This rollerball acts as an excellent tool in pregnancy and the fourth trimester. The essential oil blend has been developed to encourage deep relaxation and a sense of calm.
Roll over your wrists, ankles and temples as you relax to create a strong and positive anchor for labour.

Labour Rollerball
Made from organic grapeseed oil with energising and grounding essential oils
Specially formulated to help encourage labour while keeping you grounded as well as energised. This rollerball works especially well in the later phases of labour when you may well need a boost in energy. The blend includes hints of lavender which was trigger feelings of relaxation if the relax blend (or any other lavender based product) has been used during your pregnancy.

Sitz Bath Blend

Energising Mist
Made from distilled floral water and energising essential oils
This is a labour essential!
Keep in the fridge and then spritz over your face, neck and shoulders or even the room, whenever you need to cool down. This blend is made from both calming and energising essential oils which will help keep you relaxed and your oxytocin flowing while giving you the boost of energy you may need to birth your baby. These are a firm favourite in birth partner and doula bags!

A beautiful balm to use on your jawline, shoulders and back to help ease and release tension and encourage a calm labour and birth
It can be easy to hold tension in your jawline and muscles when you're in labour. This balm can be massaged into these areas to help relieve this tension.
