From 1 and up to 8 sessions postnatally, available to support you physically and emotionally and you navigate your fourth trimester

Three Step Rewind

I'm a qualified and certified 3 Step Rewind practitioner. Rewind is a safe, gentle and effective technique. Across three sessions, I will guide you through meditative scripts, prompting you along the way to help you to disassociate from your experience

Birth Debriefing

I offer stand alone, or a series of sessions to support you through debriefing your birth experience - be it positive, traumatic or anything in between

Breastfeeding support

I am trained through the ABM to provide support to breastfeeding parents - offering a gentle and patient approach, I will work alongside you as you lean into your breastfeeding journey

Aromatherapy

From reassuring essential oil rollerballs or perineal recovery sprays, I have a selection of handcrafted and 100% natural aromatherapy and skincare products to support you postnatal
